How verification works

Every TrueProfessional profile carries a verification status. Nothing is generated, estimated or inferred — only what a human verifier has confirmed is published.

The four-step review

  1. 1. Identity review

    A human verifier at Franchise Roots confirms the professional's identity before anything is published.

  2. 2. Evidence check

    Supporting documents are reviewed. Claims without verified evidence are not published on the profile.

  3. 3. Profile audit

    The published profile is checked against the verified record so nothing is added or embellished.

  4. 4. TrueProfessional ID

    A permanent TrueProfessional ID (TP-0001, TP-0002, ...) is issued and shown on the profile.
